About the Role

As an Agentic AI Engineer (Intux), you will gain hands-on experience designing, building, and deploying AI agents that deliver real business impact—not just proof-of-concepts. You will work on applied AI use cases, leveraging enterprise data and modern frameworks to create secure, reliable, and production-ready AI solutions. This role is part of O3 & Intux’s program designed to nurture next-generation AI talent.

Roles & Responsibilities

AI Agent Development: Build and ship AI agents end-to-end, from concept and prompt design to production-ready deployment.
Enterprise Integration: Work with enterprise systems and data to enable automation, actionable insights, and intelligent workflows.
Quality & Reliability: Ensure agents meet performance, security, and quality standards through rigorous testing and iterative improvements.
Collaboration: Partner with product and business teams to gather requirements, demonstrate solutions, and drive adoption.
Focus Tracks (Choose One, with future rotation options):
- Agentic AI / Applied ML – AI models, prompts, automation workflows.
- Platform / Full-Stack – Platform development, user interfaces, orchestration.
- Data / MLOps – Pipelines, embeddings, integration, monitoring.

Qualifications Required

Experience: 1+ year of hands-on programming or applied AI/ML experience.
Technical Skills (Must-Have):
- Strong coding ability in Python or TypeScript/Node.js.
- Familiarity with frameworks such as FastAPI, React.js, or Next.js.
- Understanding of algorithms, data structures, and trade-offs.
Mindset & Attributes:
- Curious about AI, LLMs, embeddings, and willing to learn fast.
- Proactive, pragmatic, and comfortable owning outcomes in ambiguous situations.
Nice-to-Have (Learnable on the job):
- AI frameworks, vector databases, cloud platforms.
- Experience with APIs, automation tools, testing, and observability.
