About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer who can design and deploy cutting-edge AI solutions with immediate business impact. You will lead end-to-end data science initiatives, from data preparation to production deployment, and work on next-generation Generative AI applications. The role requires strong expertise in AI/ML, Data Science, and programming with Python and Java. We are looking for immediate to 15-day joiners who can contribute from day one.

Roles & Responsibilities

AI/ML Model Development: Design, build, and deploy scalable AI/ML models, including Generative AI applications.
End-to-End Projects: Lead data science workflows covering data collection, preprocessing, feature engineering, modeling, and evaluation.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, and business) to integrate AI models into production systems.
Optimization: Continuously enhance model accuracy, scalability, and robustness across diverse datasets.
Innovation: Conduct applied research, stay updated on AI/ML and GenAI advancements, and recommend adoption of emerging technologies.

Qualifications Required

Experience: Strong background in AI/ML and Data Science with proven hands-on project delivery.
Mandatory Skills:
- AI/ML, Data Science
- Python with Java programming experience
Additional Skills (Good to Have): Knowledge of Generative AI frameworks, MLOps practices, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Availability: Immediate joiners or up to 15 days’ notice preferred.
