Bizoforce is actively hiring an experienced AI/ML Engineer to join our innovative remote team. You'll work on cutting-edge Generative AI, LLM-based applications, and multi-agent systems in industries such as EdTech, enterprise, and healthcare. Projects include LLM tutoring systems, OCR-powered tools, AI content generators, and data-driven assistants.

This role is ideal for professionals passionate about building real-world AI applications, and offers the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in India.

- Roles and Responsibilities

Design, build, and deploy scalable LLM-based systems, Generative AI applications, and RAG pipelines.
Engineer advanced prompts using zero-shot, few-shot, Chain-of-Thought (CoT), and meta-prompting techniques.
Integrate multi-modal AI models (text, vision, OCR) using frameworks like LangGraph, Crew AI, and Smol Agents.
Develop backend systems and APIs in Python (FastAPI/Flask) with Redis, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage the end-to-end ML lifecycle—from data pipelines to deployment.
Utilize Docker, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD pipelines for production-grade deployment.
Deploy AI solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and implement MLOps best practices for scalable and robust systems.

- Required Qualifications

Experience: 5+ years in AI/ML engineering with strong backend and API development experience.
Programming: Expert-level Python skills with experience in FastAPI or Flask.
LLMs/GenAI: Hands-on with GPT-4, LLaMA, Claude, Phi-3, and prompt engineering.
Frameworks: Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Crew AI, and Smol Agents.
RAG Systems: Strong understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and multi-agent architectures.
Computer Vision: Experience with tools like OpenCV, YOLOv8, and OCR tools like DocTR, TrOCR, Mistral OCR.
Databases: Proficiency in MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis, and Vector DBs like FAISS, Milvus, RedisVector.
Cloud & DevOps: Hands-on experience with AWS (S3, EC2, SageMaker), Azure, GCP, Docker, and GitHub Actions.
Bonus: Background in EdTech or clinical AI applications is a plus (not mandatory).
