Position: GenAI Lead at Trinamix Inc. (Remote, Full-Time)
Lead the design, development, and delivery of Generative AI (GenAI) solutions for global clients
Drive AI strategy, innovation, and deployment in alignment with business objectives
Manage and mentor a high-performing team of AI/ML engineers and data scientists

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end design, development, and implementation of Generative AI models, applications, and frameworks
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business use cases and define AI strategies
Oversee deployment of AI models into production and ensure performance, scalability, and security
Manage and mentor AI/ML engineers and data scientists, fostering a high-performing team culture
Drive research and innovation in cutting-edge AI/ML technologies to enhance Trinamix’s offerings
Establish best practices for AI development, testing, and deployment
Partner with leadership and delivery teams to ensure solutions align with business goals
Represent Trinamix as a thought leader in GenAI through innovation showcases and client interactions

Required Qualification

12+ years of overall experience with strong expertise in AI/ML, deep learning, and Generative AI
Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras
Strong programming skills in Python (R/Java is a plus)
Experience with data analytics tools (Pandas, NumPy, SQL)
Expertise in deploying AI/ML models on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
Proven track record in leading AI delivery teams and managing complex projects
Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with technical and business stakeholders
