About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and skilled AI Developer with 3 to 5 years of experience, who
not only excels in AI development but also demonstrates leadership qualities. The ideal
candidate will be eager to explore innovative AI solutions, mentor junior developers, and take
ownership of projects from concept to deployment. This is a hands-on role with the added
responsibility of team guidance and project leadership.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, build, and deploy AI and Machine Learning models for real-world
applications.
• Lead small project teams or guide junior developers in AI tasks and best practices.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to deliver end-to-
end AI solutions.
• Preprocess, analyze, and manage datasets to support model development.
• Develop and implement NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems based on
project needs.
• Ensure scalability, security, and performance of AI models in production
environments.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce quality standards within the AI team.
• Stay updated with AI advancements and share knowledge with the team.
• Manage project timelines, communicate progress, and proactively address risks or
challenges.

Required Skills
• 3 To 5 years of strong hands-on experience in AI development.
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Pandas,
NumPy).
• Solid understanding of deep learning models (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers).
• Experience with NLP (BERT, GPT, SpaCy, NLTK) or computer vision frameworks
(OpenCV, YOLO).
• Experience in model deployment using Flask/FastAPI, Docker, or cloud services
(AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and statistics for AI/ML.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and optimization skills.
• Leadership qualities: mentoring juniors, assigning tasks, managing deliverables.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• A genuine passion for AI, innovation, and team success.
