About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Generative AI Engineer to design, develop, and integrate Generative AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs) and open-source frameworks. The role involves prototyping innovative AI solutions, implementing performance-efficient models, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into actionable GenAI solutions. The ideal candidate is passionate about AI, keeps up with the latest advancements, and can contribute to improving internal AI services and tools.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Design and develop Generative AI applications and solutions using LLMs and open-source frameworks.
Understand business requirements and translate them into effective GenAI solution designs.
Prototype and experiment with new GenAI techniques and approaches.
Contribute to the development, integration, and improvement of internal GenAI services or tools.
Implement performance-efficient RAG, fine-tuning models, and prompt engineering techniques in GenAI solutions.
Lead the integration of LLMs and LangChain into business processes.
Collaborate with application teams to understand user needs and translate them into actionable GenAI solutions.
Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in Generative AI research and development.

Qualifications Required:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 6–8 years of experience in AI/ML.
Proven experience in developing Generative AI applications and integrating them with existing applications.
Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms, especially related to Generative AI and LLMs.
Hands-on experience with open-source frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, RAG, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning LLM models.
Expertise in NLP and other AI subfields.
Proficient in Python and other relevant programming languages (Java, JavaScript).
Experience in building and deploying ML models is preferred.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Strong curiosity and passion for learning new technologies.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Experience with LLMOps/MLOps is a plus.
