About Job/Role

Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions using LLMs and agentic frameworks.
Build and optimize prompt engineering strategies to ensure high-performance language model behavior.
Create and maintain autonomous AI agents capable of executing complex multi-step tasks.
Develop, test, and iterate on real-world AI workflows integrated into broader applications.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate business problems into scalable AI solutions.
Monitor and fine-tune AI models in production for accuracy, performance, and cost-effectiveness.
Stay current with emerging trends in generative AI, LLMs, agent-based architectures, and MLOps.

Roles and Responsibilities

Architect, implement, and maintain AI workflows for large-scale applications.
Integrate agentic AI systems into data platforms and enterprise applications.
Optimize multi-step reasoning and decision-making pipelines for autonomous AI agents.
Collaborate cross-functionally to align AI development with product and business objectives.
Continuously monitor, evaluate, and improve deployed AI systems using performance metrics and cost analysis.

Required Qualification

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
Hands-on experience in LLMs, prompt engineering, and agentic AI frameworks.
Proven experience developing AI workflows and autonomous AI agents.
Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with AI/ML libraries (Hugging Face, LangChain, etc.).
Experience with MLOps, model monitoring, and production-level AI deployment.
Knowledge of best practices in model evaluation, performance tuning, and cost optimization.
