About Job/Role

Principal Solutions Consultant (AI/GenAI) with 15+ years of experience
Lead the design, development, and delivery of advanced AI/GenAI solutions across BFSI and Healthcare domains
Provide technical leadership, client engagement, and strategic guidance in AI/GenAI initiatives
Drive adoption of cloud-native architectures, MLOps, and Generative AI technologies

Roles and Responsibilities

Design and develop AI-powered solutions leveraging LLMs, predictive analytics, and automation
Implement Generative AI solutions for applications such as chatbots, search and summarization, and autonomous agents
Ensure responsible AI deployment with a focus on ethics, bias reduction, and compliance
Act as a technical authority, providing guidance and mentorship to teams
Participate in early-stage client conversations to understand requirements and develop aligned solutions
Collaborate with internal teams to create innovative, scalable AI solutions
Stay updated with latest AI/GenAI technologies and industry trends
Develop and deliver workshops, webinars, and technical presentations
Create white papers, case studies, and reusable artifacts to showcase AI/GenAI solutions
Support sales and pre-sales teams with proposals, presentations, and technical documentation
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by showcasing AI/GenAI capabilities

Required Qualification

15+ years of experience in Data Science, AI, and ML, with recent exposure to Generative AI technologies
Strong expertise in AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras
Programming proficiency in Python and R; knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
Experience with MLOps practices, automation tools, and cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Strong analytical skills and experience applying machine learning algorithms (Linear Regression, Logistic Regression, Random Forest, Boosting Trees, SVM, ARIMAX, LSTM, Deep Learning)
Exceptional communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
Bachelor’s, Master’s, or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related quantitative field
