Roles & Responsibilities

Innovate: Lead the design and development of AI-powered solutions to optimize the talent acquisition process and recruiter-candidate interactions.
AI Solutions for Recruiting: Build intelligent platforms leveraging NLP, machine learning, and data analytics to provide insights into candidate potential, career trajectories, and cultural fit.
Collaborate: Partner with product managers, engineers, and recruiting teams to identify opportunities where AI can streamline hiring and improve decision-making.
Mentor & Lead: Guide a team of AI developers and data scientists, fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and best practices.

Qualifications Required

Experience: 8+ years of hands-on AI/ML development experience, with a proven track record of delivering impactful, real-world AI solutions.
AI Expertise: Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, with emphasis on NLP, predictive modeling, and data analysis.
Recruiting Insight: Passion for transforming the recruitment experience with AI; understanding of challenges and opportunities in talent acquisition.
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead teams, inspire innovation, and drive collaboration in agile environments.
Technical Excellence: Expertise in building scalable, high-performance AI applications focused on reliability and user-centric design.
