About Job/Role

We are looking for a passionate and skilled AI Engineer to join our team in Pune, Maharashtra, India. As an Agentic Engineer, you will be at the forefront of developing and deploying AI-driven agents that automate and optimize business processes. This role requires a strong background in AI, hands-on coding experience, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams such as Operations and IT.

You’ll work on real-world automation use cases, continuously monitor performance, and contribute to building intelligent systems that improve efficiency and reduce operational costs across the organization.

- Roles and Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy AI agents to automate repetitive business tasks and workflows.
Collaborate with Operations and IT teams to identify high-impact automation opportunities.
Monitor, evaluate, and optimize AI agent performance to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Conduct training sessions and develop comprehensive documentation for business units using AI agents.
Evaluate and implement AI tools and frameworks to enhance agent capabilities and scalability.
Ensure strict adherence to data privacy, security, and compliance standards in AI applications.
Regularly measure and report on the impact of AI agents, especially in terms of labour cost reduction and process efficiency.

- Required Qualification

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields. Equivalent hands-on experience is also welcome.
Experience: Proven experience in developing and deploying AI agents or related intelligent systems in production environments.
Programming Skills: Strong experience in Python, Node.js, JavaScript, and React.
Tools & Frameworks: Familiarity with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across departments.
Awareness of data privacy, security protocols, and ethical considerations in AI deployment.
