About Job/Role
Nutanix is seeking a Global Practice Lead – AI to define and lead the global AI strategy, develop service offerings, and oversee the delivery of enterprise-grade AI solutions across industries. This role focuses on generative AI, LLMOps, hybrid cloud architectures, and operational scalability while providing thought leadership, pre-sales support, and consulting innovation.

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead the development of AI service offerings, delivery toolkits, and repeatable best practices for enterprise clients
Collaborate with Product Management, Enterprise Architects, and Sales teams to align AI solutions with business goals
Evangelize Nutanix’s vision for hybrid and enterprise cloud, and drive adoption of AI services
Develop training programs and track attainment of training goals for practice consultants
Provide technical presales expertise, review statements of work, and validate service level of effort in AI engagements
Work with clients to understand business objectives and translate them into technical AI solutions
Monitor consulting KPIs, client satisfaction (CSAT), delivery quality, and offer margins, taking corrective actions as needed
Deliver platform consulting solutions for key clients (expected billable percentage 20%)
Drive innovation in AI, GenAI, and hybrid cloud solutions, and develop intellectual property for the practice

Required Qualifications

15+ years of experience in data-driven IT services, with at least 3 years in AI technologies
Proven experience in practice management and delivering enterprise-grade AI solutions across multiple industries
Expertise in generative AI, LLMOps, model monitoring, RBAC, and secure API workflows
Experience deploying AI solutions on Kubernetes, hybrid cloud platforms, and using LLM APIs
Strong knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, NLP, computer vision, and cloud-based AI platforms
Familiarity with Nutanix Cloud Infrastructure, Kubernetes, and unified storage is a plus
Working knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, containers, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; AI, analytics, and cloud certifications are a plus
Excellent understanding of hybrid cloud modalities, enterprise architecture, and agile delivery
Proven ability to engage with C-level executives and lead global teams effectively
