About Job/Role

Lead and manage GenAI projects from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming).
Conduct business analysis: gather, document, and validate requirements, workflows, and processes.
Translate requirements into functional specifications and support the creation of technical documentation.
Define and maintain product roadmaps and track progress against deliverables.
Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies for ongoing projects.
Ensure high-quality project documentation, reporting, and communication to leadership.
Support evaluation and adoption of new tools, frameworks, and methodologies relevant to GenAI projects.

Roles and Responsibilities

Work at the intersection of business and technology, including client-facing, internal coordination, and technical discussions.
Manage project priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities shift quickly.
Maintain strong documentation and communication, especially for client-facing materials.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of GenAI projects.

Required Qualification

Preferred/Other Requirements

Hands-on exposure to Generative AI projects (portfolio, research, or proof-of-concept work).
Ability to thrive in a consulting environment with dynamic priorities.
Strong written communication skills.
