About the Job/Role

Movate is seeking an AI Architect with a strong background in Quality Engineering to lead the design and implementation of intelligent systems that enhance software quality, test automation, and delivery efficiency. This role combines expertise in AI/ML technologies with hands-on experience in quality engineering, test strategy, and engineering best practices to drive innovation across the software development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities

Architect AI solutions for quality engineering use cases such as intelligent test automation, defect prediction, root cause analysis, and self-healing systems.
Design and implement agentic AI workflows integrated with CI/CD pipelines and testing frameworks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI-driven quality metrics and guardrails.
Lead development of ML models for anomaly detection, performance monitoring, and predictive analytics.
Ensure security, scalability, and compliance of AI systems across the SDLC.
Evaluate and integrate AI tools and platforms to enhance testing and quality engineering.
Mentor engineering teams on AI best practices and quality engineering principles.
Drive innovation through proof-of-concepts, pilot programs, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in software engineering, including 3+ years in AI/ML architecture.
Proven expertise in quality engineering, test automation, and DevOps.
Strong knowledge of AI design patterns, particularly agentic and tool-use patterns.
Hands-on experience with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, or similar frameworks.
Familiarity with model governance and secure AI development practices.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
