- About Job/Role
We are looking for an AI Architect to join our team in Pune. This role requires an experienced professional who can strategically define AI adoption, architect scalable solutions, and oversee end-to-end AI implementation. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in machine learning, data science, AI frameworks, and cloud platforms, along with the ability to translate business needs into impactful AI-driven solutions.

- Roles and Responsibilities

Strategic Planning: Define and drive the overall AI strategy, identifying potential use cases and opportunities for AI adoption across business functions.
Architecture Design: Develop and document technical architectures for AI systems including data pipelines, model training infrastructure, and deployment environments.
Technology Selection: Evaluate and recommend AI tools, frameworks, and platforms aligned to organizational needs.
Data Management: Oversee data collection, cleaning, labeling, governance, and preparation for AI model training.
Model Development: Collaborate with data scientists/ML engineers to design, train, and optimize AI/ML models, including deep learning algorithms.
Integration & Deployment: Seamlessly integrate AI models into existing applications and enterprise systems ensuring scalability and performance.
Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor AI models in production, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.
Ethical AI: Ensure compliance with responsible AI practices including bias detection, data privacy, and ethical standards.

- Required Qualification

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Experience:
- 5+ years of proven experience in big data, analytics, and data science.
- Previous experience as an AI Engineer will be a plus.
- AI: 5 years (Preferred)
- Artificial Intelligence Development: 5 years (Preferred)
- Python: 5 years (Preferred)
- AWS: 4 years (Preferred)
Technical Skills:
- Certification in Google Cloud AI Platform, Azure AI Engineer, or similar tools (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, NLP, computer vision, statistical analysis, and AI technologies.
- Expertise in Python, Java, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong data analysis skills including data cleaning, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
- Ability to design and implement distributed systems with focus on scalability and performance.
Soft Skills:
- Strong ability to translate business needs into AI solutions.
- Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in US shifts or flexible business shifts.
