About Job/Role

Implement AI Agentic solutions within financial institutions.
Build end-to-end Generative AI (GenAI) solutions, developing, refining, and deploying advanced models.
Lead the integration of LLMs and LangChain into business processes.
Translate business requirements into GenAI solution designs that achieve business objectives.
Collaborate with stakeholders, present findings to non-technical audiences, and provide strategic recommendations.
Stay updated with technical and industry developments to ensure advanced applications of data analysis techniques.

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop, refine, and implement advanced GenAI models for business use cases.
Prepare and manipulate data using Python and other programming languages.
Lead the integration of AI models and frameworks like LLMs and LangChain.
Ensure successful delivery of AI projects by aligning solutions with business requirements.
Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
Document processes, solutions, and outcomes clearly.
Apply machine learning, data mining, and predictive modeling techniques.
Follow Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies for project execution.

Required Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience with Generative AI, specifically Large Language Models (LLM) and LangChain.
Proficiency in Python and other relevant programming languages.
Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, processes, tools, and platforms.
Experience in end-to-end project delivery, particularly using Agile or hybrid methodologies.
Expertise in Agentic AI / Generative AI solution design and implementation.
