About Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is a process-oriented, self-learner, and passionate professional with 8+ years of experience in application development, product delivery, and client-relationship management. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy innovative AI-based solutions leveraging machine learning, Generative AI, and Deep Learning techniques.

Roles & Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI-based solutions using state-of-the-art technologies and methodologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design AI architectures, and plan deployment strategies.
Apply statistical analysis and data mining techniques to extract insights and build machine learning models.
Develop and enhance chatbot solutions, integrating LLMs and rule-based functions for accurate and reliable recommendations.
Implement moderation layers and fine-tune models to improve chatbot performance and user experience.
Design process flows for on-demand availability of AI models, minimizing additional coding needs.
Fine-tune LLMs with enterprise data using advanced techniques to optimize accuracy and performance.
Architect solutions for information retrieval, implementing caching for faster results.
Perform data gathering, preprocessing, and model building for various AI projects (Q&A systems, healthcare applications, etc.).
Utilize NLP techniques and libraries (e.g., NLTK) for text processing, cleaning, and information extraction.

Qualifications Required

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
8+ years of experience in application development, product delivery, and client engagement.
Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML application development.
Proficiency in Python programming.
Experience with LangChain for AI agent workflows.
Practical experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs).
Strong understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and Generative AI frameworks.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business challenges into AI solutions.
Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and clients.
