About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Data Scientist with expertise in Generative AI, Python, and GCP services. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI/ML solutions, particularly leveraging GenAI models (Gemini/OpenAI), Vertex AI, and RAG-based architectures. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, hands-on experience with NLP/CV models, and familiarity with MLOps best practices to deliver scalable AI solutions across domains such as healthcare and product innovation.

Roles and Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions leveraging GenAI (Gemini/OpenAI) and Vertex AI.
Build RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) based solutions using Vector DBs, embedding, and chunking techniques.
Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines for AI/ML model deployment and monitoring.
Work extensively with GCP services (BigQuery NLP, Vertex AI pipelines, Form Recognizer).
Develop and expose scalable APIs for AI services using FastAPI/Django.
Implement NLP, Computer Vision, and Deep Learning models for real-world applications (e.g., healthcare data).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, data, and product teams) to integrate AI solutions into business workflows.
Design and optimize NoSQL & Vector Databases to support AI/ML workloads.

Qualifications Required

Education: UG - Any Graduate (specialization in Computer Science/AI/ML preferred).
Experience: Minimum 5+ years in Data Science with strong AI/ML expertise.

Primary Skills:

Strong proficiency in Python programming.
Hands-on experience with GenAI models (Gemini/OpenAI).
Strong understanding of GCP services (Vertex AI, BigQuery NLP).
Knowledge of Form Recognizer and MLOps tools (CI/CD).
Experience in RAG architectures, Vector DBs, embeddings, and retrieval techniques.
Solid knowledge of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and Computer Vision.
API development using FastAPI/Django.
Familiarity with NoSQL databases and large-scale AI system design.
