The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Generative AI, with expertise in OCR, document processing, NLP, and can help handle global stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop prod-ready models that will help with content extraction and classification from images and text-based sources
Work on projects related to Intelligent Document Processing using open source models
Collaborate with business and transformation teams to understand & formulate application-specific design
Collaborate with product managers and technical teams
Create, test, and iterate new and existing products and features
Design and build Python/ML/OCR-based components
Complete applications development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities; contribute to team meetings; troubleshoot development and production problems across multiple environments and operating platforms
Troubleshoot development and production problems across multiple environments and operating platforms
Experience is preferred in Agile/DevOps areas

Required Qualification

In-depth knowledge and work experience in Document AI / Intelligent Document Processing using traditional models and Gen AI
Strong skills in Python, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing, Gen AI, Image Processing, OCR technology
Frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, SpaCy, OpenCV, Regex
API: FastAPI, Tornado
Database: PostgreSQL, MongoDB
OS: RHEL, Ubuntu
Tools: Jenkins Pipeline, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible Automation Platform, Git, GitHub, shell/python scripts, Linux fundamentals
Understanding of cloud computing fundamentals
Proficiency with Azure's core services like Azure Virtual Machines, hands-on experience with Azure portal and Azure CLI, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure DevOps
Basic knowledge of networking and security best practices
