About the Role

The Google Cloud Consulting Professional Services team helps customers transform and evolve their businesses by leveraging Google’s global network, enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure, and Generative AI solutions. In this role, you will guide customers on their cloud adoption journey, ensuring a seamless experience while delivering impactful AI and data-driven solutions.

As a trusted technical advisor, you will design and implement solutions using Google Cloud’s Generative AI and Agentic AI suite of products, work closely with customers to identify transformation opportunities, and lead workshops to empower organizations in realizing the full potential of Google Cloud. You will collaborate with Google’s product managers and engineers to influence the roadmap, troubleshoot complex issues, and deliver solutions that accelerate digital transformation for customers worldwide.

Roles & Responsibilities

Design and deliver effective Big Data and Generative AI solutions for customers across industries.
Act as a trusted technical advisor to strategic customers, guiding them in AI/ML and cloud adoption.
Lead customer workshops, technical sessions, and training to drive Generative AI adoption.
Identify new product features and feature gaps, providing inputs to product managers and engineers.
Create and share best practices, recommendations, technical blogs, tutorials, and presentations tailored to business and technical stakeholders.
Support customers with application performance monitoring, debugging, and troubleshooting for smooth deployments.
Drive the timely adoption of Google Cloud Platform solutions, ensuring measurable impact on customer outcomes.

Qualifications Required

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
Proven experience in building data and AI solutions and working with technical customers.
Experience in designing cloud enterprise solutions and supporting projects to completion.
Fluent English communication skills (written and oral) for customer relationship management.

Preferred Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), data pipelines, and data analytics/visualization techniques.
Experience leveraging LLMs for multimodal solutions (text, image, video, voice).
Knowledge of core data ETL/ELT techniques and workflows.
Strong background in cloud computing (virtualization, hosted services, multi-tenant infrastructure, storage, CDN).
Familiarity with data warehousing architectures and tools (Apache Beam, Hadoop, Spark, Pig, Hive, MapReduce, Flume).
Excellent customer-facing communication and listening skills.
