About The Role:
As an AI Software Developer, you will design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions for enterprise-grade applications. You will work with modern AI models and platforms, including OpenAI, Azure AI, and Grok, to implement real-world AI use cases such as Chatbots, MCP, and AI-powered mobile applications. The role requires expertise in Python, AI/ML frameworks, automation, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and networking. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, robust, and production-ready AI solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Architect, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions for enterprise applications.
Perform advanced data analysis to support model training and business insights.
Design and implement AI use cases such as Chatbots, MCP, and AI-powered mobile applications.
Integrate AI solutions with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for deployment and scalability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including leaders, DevOps, and product managers.
Evaluate and experiment with AI models and APIs (OpenAI, Azure AI, Grok).
Develop and integrate frontend and backend applications to support AI systems.
Ensure robust networking and data flow between distributed systems and services.
Apply strong debugging skills to troubleshoot and optimize AI systems.
Build and maintain automation frameworks to support AI workflows and testing.
Stay updated with the latest AI/ML and cloud technology trends.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields.
10+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML software development.
Expert programming skills in Python and AI/ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn); knowledge of NodeJS, FastAPI, or Ruby is a plus.
Proven experience building, training, and deploying machine learning models.
Strong experience in developing and maintaining automation frameworks.
Proficient in data wrangling, visualization, and statistical analysis.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
Experience with AI tools and platforms such as OpenAI, Azure AI, Grok.
Familiarity with WLAN, wired networking, video processing, and image analysis.
Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes) and MLOps practices is preferred.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Contributions to open-source AI projects or published research is a plus.
