About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned AI/ML leader to design, build, and deliver large-scale Generative AI and LLM-powered solutions, while remaining hands-on with production-grade code. This role combines client engagement, end-to-end architecture ownership, and technical leadership, making it ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, delivery, and innovation.

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end design and implementation of AI/ML & Generative AI solutions.
Act as a client-facing technical advisor, shaping AI roadmaps and validating solution delivery.
Build and optimize LLM-powered applications, agentic AI workflows, and pipelines.
Develop production-ready Python code including APIs, microservices, and ML integrations.
Execute prompt engineering and fine-tuning strategies for LLM-driven features.
Implement MLOps & CI/CD pipelines (Docker, Kubernetes, Azure, GitHub Actions/Jenkins).
Conduct code reviews, performance profiling, and model governance.
Ensure compliance with responsible AI practices, privacy, and data regulations (GDPR/HIPAA).

Qualifications Required

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field.
Experience:
- 6+ years of hands-on programming experience with Python.
- Proven track record of enterprise-scale GenAI/LLM solution delivery.
- Strong exposure to client-facing roles with solution ownership.
Technical Skills:
- Programming: Python (Pandas, NumPy, FastAPI/Flask).
- ML/AI: LLMs, NLP, Generative AI, Reinforcement Learning, Hugging Face Transformers, Agentic AI.
- Architecture: Microservices, REST APIs, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Frameworks/Tools: PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, MLflow, Airflow, Kubeflow, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs.
- MLOps & Cloud: Azure (preferred), CI/CD pipelines, monitoring & scaling ML solutions.
Soft Skills: Strong client communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
