About the Role

We are looking for an experienced AI Developer to design, build, and deploy AI/ML-driven solutions across industrial safety, AR/VR applications, and process optimization systems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AI, machine learning, and data science, with hands-on experience integrating models into real-world platforms and working in collaborative, cross-functional environments.

Roles and Responsibilities

AI Development: Design, develop, and deploy AI algorithms and ML models for safety systems, predictive analytics, and process optimization.
Computer Vision & NLP: Implement AI solutions for AR/VR applications and industrial safety scenarios.
Data Analysis & Modelling: Collect, preprocess, and analyse large datasets; build predictive models, recommendation engines, and clustering algorithms.
Integration & Deployment: Integrate AI/ML models into existing software systems, AR/VR platforms, and training simulators; develop APIs and tools to enable AI capabilities.
Visualization & Reporting: Create dashboards and visualizations; generate detailed reports to communicate findings and model performance.
Research & Innovation: Explore emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and techniques; conduct feasibility studies for new industrial AI solutions.
Collaboration: Work closely with software developers, AR/VR teams, and business stakeholders to align AI solutions with organizational goals.

Qualification Required / Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience: 5–7 years in AI, Data Science, or related fields with proven experience deploying ML models in production.
Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python, R, or Java; strong experience with libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or Keras.
Data Tools: Hands-on knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases, Hadoop, Spark, or other big data platforms.
AI/ML Expertise: Expertise in supervised, unsupervised, deep learning, and reinforcement learning techniques.
Analytics & Visualization: Strong skills with Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, or similar tools for data visualization.
Other Skills: Strong problem-solving mindset, ability to work in cross-functional teams, and eagerness to innovate with new AI technologies.
