About the Role

We are seeking a Tech Lead / Tech Specialist / Solution Architect – Generative AI to define technical strategy, design frameworks, and build accelerators that drive innovation and deliver measurable value to our healthcare customers. This role demands deep expertise in AI/ML, Generative AI, NLP, computer vision, and applied AI systems, along with leadership skills to mentor teams and ensure successful delivery of large-scale AI solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities

Define GenAI technical strategy and build frameworks/accelerators to support customer adoption.
Research and create technical roadmaps for healthcare customers.
Apply deep expertise in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, computer vision, and generative models.
Stay updated on AI/GenAI advancements, identifying and championing new business applications.
Lead and mentor a team of AI engineers and data scientists in a collaborative and innovative environment.
Design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge AI/GenAI solutions across multiple domains.
Deliver AI implementations with proven impact in the healthcare industry.
Oversee the entire AI lifecycle – from problem definition to deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate AI into enterprise workflows and products.
Advocate for responsible AI practices, ensuring ethical and secure implementations.
Communicate complex AI/GenAI concepts in a clear, concise manner for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Continuously analyze and optimize AI model performance.

Qualification Required

Experience:
- 5+ years in Data Science / Artificial Intelligence.
- 2+ years in Generative AI.
Proven Expertise:
- Designing and deploying AI/GenAI solutions that deliver measurable business value.
- Deep knowledge of ML algorithms, deep learning frameworks, NLP techniques.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI models (e.g., GANs, VAEs) and RAG frameworks.
Technical Skills:
- Strong programming in Python.
- Familiarity with AI/ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain).
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business insights.
- Passionate about AI and eager to push innovation boundaries.
