- Roles and Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of Python developers on R&D projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Design and implement Python-based solutions, frameworks, and prototypes for AI/ML integration, automation, and productivity tools.
Build proof-of-concepts and experimental systems using Python libraries, AI frameworks, and cloud services.
Explore emerging technologies (Generative AI, LangChain, LLM APIs, data pipelines) and evaluate business applicability.
Define scalable, modular, and maintainable designs for experimental solutions and transition prototypes toward production readiness
Collaborate with product managers, architects, and researchers to turn innovative ideas into solutions.
Manage agile delivery including sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and best practice adherence.
Document learnings, share findings, and promote a culture of innovation across the team.

- Required Qualification

Strong Python expertise with frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, Django, or asyncio.
Experience in AI/ML, Generative AI, or data engineering (AutoGen, TensorFlow, PyTorch, HuggingFace, LangChain) is highly desirable.
Proven background in R&D prototypes, proof-of-concepts, or innovation-focused solutions.
Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and scalable system design.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes).
Solid grasp of APIs, microservices, and integration patterns.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a research mindset in ambiguous environments.
Prior leadership experience mentoring or managing small engineering teams.
Strong communication skills with ability to work cross-functionally in an agile environment.
