About Job/Role

We are looking for an experienced and passionate AI & Software Engineer to join our Artificial Intelligence & Development team. You will contribute to the future of energy by developing intelligent AI-driven solutions across a wide range of applications—such as document understanding, predictive maintenance, defect detection, robotics, and control systems.

This role involves designing and integrating AI software components for deployment in cloud and edge environments, with a strong focus on DevOps, MLOps, and scalable software practices. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready solutions that enable a safer, cleaner, and more efficient energy industry.

- Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and integrate software components for AI applications.
Design, test, and validate software solutions based on technical and customer requirements.
Support the scaling and deployment of AI applications across cloud and edge environments.
Collaborate on data acquisition, validation, and cleaning activities for ML model training.
Check the availability and relevance of internal/external data sources for AI/ML use cases.
Work closely with data scientists, product owners, and cloud engineers to deliver reliable solutions.
Apply DevOps practices such as CI/CD, containerization, version control, and MLOps.
Contribute to API design, microservices development, and infrastructure planning.

- Required Qualification

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
2–6 years of hands-on experience in software development and DevOps.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in programming languages: Python, Java, and C++.
Experienced in DevOps tools and processes: GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, MLOps frameworks.
Hands-on experience with containerization and microservices (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Solid understanding of cloud-based application design and deployment.
Familiarity with Machine Learning and AI tools, especially in:
- Computer Vision
- Natural Language Processing (NLP)
- Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and web services protocols.
Experience in working with databases, Test Driven Development (TDD), and Agile methodologies.

Nice to Have:

Exposure to AngularJS or modern frontend frameworks.
Experience in industrial or energy-related AI applications.
Comfort with hybrid or flexible work environments.
