- Roles and Responsibilities

Identify and select suitable technologies, frameworks, and architectural patterns to meet project goals.
Create high-level design documents ensuring technical vision aligns with business objectives.
Lead implementation of scalable and reliable backend services to process and manage chat and transcription data.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented production-quality code.
Independently research, test, and assess new technologies, frameworks, and tools; recommend suitability for company needs.
Apply strong computer science fundamentals including data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
Utilize multiple programming languages and paradigms (object-oriented, functional, etc.).
Follow modern software development practices including Git, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, and agile methodologies.
Guide and mentor junior engineers, fostering technical excellence and continuous improvement
Present technical concepts, project progress, and architectural decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Required Qualification

10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a senior or architect-level role.
Proven experience designing and building platforms handling high-volume chat and transcription data.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and provide technical direction to teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering complex projects.
Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills for cross-functional team environments.
Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals including data structures, algorithms, and design principles.
Experience with multiple programming languages and paradigms.
Proven experience with modern development practices including Git, automated testing, CI/CD, code reviews, and agile methodologies.
Experience writing production-quality code deployed and maintained in live systems.

- Skills

Deep understanding of modern software architecture patterns (microservices, event-driven architecture, distributed systems).
Knowledge and experience with modern AI and Agentic AI applications.
Expertise in data pipelines and real-time data processing.
Ability to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in large-scale systems.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in creating and delivering clear, compelling technical presentations.
