The role involves conducting extensive research and analysis across diverse scientific domains to drive innovation and support business goals.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to explore new methodologies, design experiments, and deliver impactful research outcomes.

Conduct in-depth research, experiments, and data analysis in assigned scientific domains.
Design and develop research methodologies, frameworks, and prototypes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research findings into practical applications.
Document research processes, findings, and results in clear and structured formats.
Present outcomes and insights to stakeholders, leadership, and partner teams.
Stay updated with the latest developments and trends in relevant research fields.
Contribute to publications, patents, and intellectual property initiatives.
Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines, safety standards, and organizational policies during all research activities.

Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of professional experience OR Master’s degree with 9+ years of experience.
Strong background in research, scientific analysis, and experimentation.
Ability to design and execute complex research studies independently.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication to present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Collaborative mindset to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Adaptability to explore new technologies and scientific advancements.
Education: UG - Any Graduate; PG - Any Postgraduate
