The role involves contributing to cutting-edge Generative AI projects, including multimodal LLMs, conversational AI, and deep learning applications.

Roles and Responsibilities

Apply alignment techniques such as instruction tuning, reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF), and parameter-efficient fine-tuning (p-tuning, adaptors, LoRA) to improve AI use cases
Develop, train, fine-tune, and deploy LLMs for embodied conversational AI systems, including multimodal understanding, speech synthesis, image generation, and dialogue reasoning
Study and develop advanced techniques in deep learning, graph algorithms, machine learning, and data analytics
Perform in-depth model and application performance analysis, benchmarking, and optimization for GPU architectures
Measure model accuracy, analyze bias, and recommend improvements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new product features, improvements, code reviews, design documents, use case reviews, and test plans

Primary Skills

Strong programming skills in Python
Hands-on experience with ML/DL frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras
Familiarity with document understanding tools, OCR, and text extraction techniques
Solid understanding of state-of-the-art Generative AI, including LLMs and multimodal models
Knowledge of ML/DL algorithms and architectures: CNN, RNN (LSTM), Transformers (ViT, BERT, BART, GPT/T5, Megatron)
