About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist with strong expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, and advanced ML/DL frameworks. The role involves designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge generative AI solutions using modern tools, frameworks, and vector databases. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing scalable AI models, integrating them into real-world applications, and driving innovation in AI/ML space.

Roles and Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI models and LLM-based applications (e.g., RAG pipelines, LangChain, Hugging Face, Mistral, Llama).
Work with large datasets, ensuring effective preprocessing and grooming for training.
Research, implement, and optimize advanced ML/DL algorithms and architectures for NLP, computer vision, and generative AI applications.
Experiment with hyperparameters, fine-tune models, and improve inference performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into products and services.
Ensure adherence to Responsible AI guidelines and standards during development and validation.
Monitor model performance post-deployment and ensure continuous improvements.
Build scalable pipelines for data analysis, model training, validation, and deployment.
Leverage vector databases and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) for real-time applications.
Drive innovation by staying updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML and generative AI.
Provide technical guidance, coaching, and mentoring to the team.
Oversee project execution by setting goals, timelines, and conducting governance calls with senior stakeholders.
Carry out robust testing procedures to ensure smooth deployment and quality compliance.
Establish strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications Required

UG: BCA in Data Science, B.Sc. in Computers, B.Tech/B.E. in Computers

PG: MCA in Computers, M.Tech in Computers, MBA/PGDM in Information Technology
Strong academic foundation in AI/ML, Data Science, or Computer Science.
